Residents want Twickenham Police Station to keep the public front counter open.
Pass our message to the police Commissioner and decision makers.
1. The elderly people may not know how to report crime online
2. People may can’t report crimes because they don’t have a phone (stolen)/Wi-Fi connection/ computer in emergency cases or are too poor to have one.
3. Foreign tourists who don’t understand English will not be able to report online
4. It is vital for keeping relationships and building trust between residents and the police
5. From discussions between locals, no matter how many issues we disagree with, we all agree on this one.
