Forfeiting of Human Rights
The following should be made to forfeit their rights under Human Rights Legislation.
Criminals found guilty of a crime for which they can be sentenced to more than 6 months imprisonment while serving their sentence. (Includes parole time)
Illegal immigrants, including asylum seekers.
Foreign nationals undergoing deportation proceedings for any reason.
Remember; we can depend on our judges to do the right thing without recourse to this legislation.
