Have a lifetime ban for voting on every illegal immigrant entering the country.
Prevent illegal immigrants having the right to vote in the UK.
Because they do not hold the right to influence our way of life illegally.

Illegal immigrants are already unable to vote.
You could submit a new petition requesting for people who do not pay certain taxes to be banned from voting in general or local elections, if that's something you'd like to happen.
