Inclusion of an abstention box on national and local election ballot papers
Give the electorate the same right to abstain on a national or local election vote --due to lack of prefered options , a disregard for political partys , policies presented by them or a dislike of an individual(s)--that the members of chambers of governing bodies are themselves entitled to.
