All elected MPs, including Nigel Farage, must be allowed to speak in Parliament
We urge parliament to uphold democracy by ensuring all elected MPs, including Nigel Farage, can speak freely. Parliamentary free speech is a constitutional right under the Bill of Rights 1689 and applies equally to every MP, regardless of party size or political disagreement.
We urge the House of Commons to uphold a core democratic principle: that all elected MPs have the right to speak and participate in Parliament. Nigel Farage was elected, has sworn the Oath of Allegiance, and holds equal constitutional status. Parliamentary free speech is protected by the Bill of Rights 1689 and long-standing convention. Restricting elected MPs undermines representation, debate, and public trust in democracy.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
MPs already have the right to speak in Parliament under existing parliamentary rules. Nigel Farage MP has not been disallowed from speaking in Parliament.
