Allow girls who are sexually active to have a smear no matter their age

Additional Information

All girls/young women should have the right to a smear if there sexually active.
Especially as teen pregnancy is lower they should automatically be allowed a smear test to check for abnormalities.
After all noone wants their child to be without a mother so isn't it better to check now while it can be treated.
Please get it lowered to save lives.
