It should be assumed that Fathers and Mothers have shared parenting after separation with no party favoured over the other.

Additional Information

Shared parenting should be a basic right after separation. The current law favours mothers and encourages mothers to RESTRICT access as much as possible. The more access the mother restricts, the more money she gets! This is a disgusting state of affairs and needs to be changed urgently.
