Free Childcare should be available for all two year olds!
Currently, some two year olds receive 15 hours worth of free childcare per week.
Unfortunately, a large amount of children (particularly children of working families) do not qualify for this benefit.
A great number of working families struggle with the rising cost of childcare, it often means that parents are working to cover childcare costs and really struggle from month to month.
If the government are so keen to get parents back to work, it would be hugely beneficial to offer free childcare to all two year olds - all children deserve the best possible start.
It always appears as though those families who work the hardest suffer the most.
