Make scrolling on your phone while sitting on a machine in the gym illegal

Petition Details

The government should mandate that texting, emailing, doom scrolling etc is no longer allowed in the gym; allowing gym owners to issue fines to persistent offenders.

Additional Information

By creating this law, the gym will become a more efficient place where users can get a workout done in a shorter period of time. This will result in a healthier population, and economic benefits as members will have a better experience and keep paying their fees whilst also getting to work faster after training therefore being more productive and driving economic output,
