Withdraw from jurisdiction of European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR)

Petition Details

We believe the ECtHR is outdated and does not look at the rights of both sides, and will overlook the rights of everyone it effects while it blocks dangerous people being deported.

Additional Information

We believe the ECtHR is an outdated body which has no place in modern society. The UK should immediately disassociate itself from it as we feel it places our citizens in danger and has a significant financial impact on UK tax payers.
