Stop Firework Displays

Petition Details

This petition is to advocate for the ban of Firework displays. In the 2025/26 new year’s eve celebration alone, the UK spent £30-40 million on fireworks.

Additional Information

Fireworks pose significant distress to the vulnerable, including our pets, children, and veterans with PTSD. Furthermore, our environment. Firework displays can result in uncontrolled fires, and cause pollution. For these reasons, I urge you to consider the negative side of these “beautiful” fireworks, and think of your community, country, and Earth.
