Anything with 3 (Three) wheels is a trike, and should be categorised as a trike.
Categories all three (3) wheeled vehicles as trikes. Because that’s what they are by definition of having three (3) wheels! The current situation is too confusing,

The current situation is too confusing, For example, some three wheeled scooters can be ridden on a car licence, and some can’t but all have the same safety features, standards etc.
