Petition Action

Nationwide Fireworks Ban for consumer use and sale.

Petition Details

I, along with the majority of the general public would like to see the government impose a Nationwide Fireworks ban for consumer use and public sales to protect animals including, pets, livestock, horses and wildlife, as well as protecting vulnerable adults and children.

Additional Information

This ban will follow suit of the recent fireworks ban in the Netherlands to protect wildlife, pets, livestock and horses, as well as vulnerable adults and people. Fireworks also cause injuries and fires, this ban would see a reduction in these types of injuries and fires.
This ban would be very long overdue and very much needed to help keep the general public safe as well as wildlife, pets, horses and livestock.
