Permit ALL Children to ride a bicycle on the pavements in the UK

Additional Information

Allow all children to ride a bicycle on the pavements as Mobility Scooters are allowed and NOT to force parents to make their children ride the bikes only on the roads.

The mobility scooters for safety reasons are permitted and so should all children be allowed.

Creating separate sections for cyclists at a cost of millions for safety reasons and at the same time expecting parents to walk with their child on a road and not the pavement is ridiculous.

Do as Australia and allow all children to use the pavements with their bikes and avoid certain or possible death with this law as it stands.
