Restrict agencies from earning multiple placement fees for the same employee in a given period.

Additional Information

The Country is plagued by recruitment agencies who manage to place an employee in vacancies so they may earn a fee yet three months later they will contact that same employee with a view to entice them away to another placement so that the agency can earn another fee from placing the same employee elsewhere and due tothe hole they leave in the first company they will maybe even get a 2nd placement into the old one and earn another fee. This is a massive burden on British companies and a 'vulture' action on behalf of the agency. This practice needs to be 'banned' by making it part of the employment agency licence agreement.
