Ensure that disciplinary procedures at this largely publicly funded organisation are applied impartially.
An individual's level of remuneration, income-generating potential and public appeal/ notoriety should not be grounds for different treatment.
Whether we as individuals agree or disagree with the outcome is irrelevant.
