Build a new hospital in Medway, Kent
Medway Maritime Hospital is unable to adequately serve the growing population and is unsustainable and necessitates immediate action.
This investment in healthcare would benefit the entire community.
We call on the government to prioritise this essential project and investing in a new hospital.
People of Medway and the surrounding area who use Medway Maritime Hospital are receiving inadequate care due to the growing population of Medway and is the only hospital in Medway, which provides emergency care and other services to the population in Medway and surrounding areas, Medway Hospital is unable to cope with the capacity. Something needs to be done to alleviate the demands on Medway Maritime Hospital. It is not sustainable for central and local government to keep building new homes.
