Legally require employers to publish staff disability numbers
The government should require all companies and organisations with employees to disclose the number of disabled individuals they employ, categorised by disability and job type.
I believe sharing this information could motivate companies to strengthen their diversity and inclusion initiatives, especially considering unemployment among visually impaired individuals. Although companies are encouraged to share this data, there is no obligation, so many may choose not to.
If you want to sign this petition (as opposed to merely discuss it), you need to do that on the government's e-Petitions website.
