Issue concealed carry handgun licenses for self defence

Additional Information

In the uk people are highly vulnerable to criminals who are a lot stronger than them. However, if British citizans could be issued a concealed carry handgun permits for self defence then they would know that they are able to effectively defend themselfs in the most easiest form of self defense. Thus crime rate will go down.
