Change the way sexual offences are dealt with in the courts system.

Petition Details

I would like the government to make positive changes to sexual offences. EG: A male was caught masturbating, indecent exposure in a bus infront of women and children and all he got was £170 fine and released back into the public the next day.This consequence not going to make them stop offending.

Additional Information

I would like the government to take a look at how sentencing is handled for such cases as I do not believe the court system does enough for perverts however people who do petty crime get years in prison. So where is the protection for women and children in our system and processes ?
