Board of Peace Rejection - Spend the £739 Million on UK National Health Service
This is a US presidents vanity project and the UK government should decline to join as it requires a vast entry sum of £739 Million ($1 M) with no guarentees of success and directly suborns the United Nations which has an overwhelmining membership of 193 countries.
