Petition Action

Make Overbright LED headlights a fail for MOTs on all vehicles.

Petition Details

Stop the takeover of excessively bright LED headlights on the UK roads. They are dangerous and unnecessary.

Additional Information

This issue needs a UK wide legal approach. Manufacturers need to stop putting the bulbs in the cars and people need to stop retrofitting them. Overbright bulbs should carry the same penalty as a broken brakelight, headlamp or indicator.
