Sellers who take house off the market to be liable to repay expenses of buyer

Petition Details

We call on the Government to make house sellers who withdraw their property from the market at short notice, after title searches and builders surveys have been completed at the buyers expense, to be liable to repay any expenses incurred by the prospective buyer.
