Prevent MP's from changing party during a Parliament without a bi-election.
Ensure that the practice of crossing the house stops so that MP's either continue to represent the party they were elected to by their constituents or they resign and stand in a bi election for their new chosen party.
Constituents vote for prospective MP' on the basis of the party they stand for and or the policies of that individual and that party. If they change party clearly they no longer represent their constituents on the basis on which they were elected.
