Enforce By-elections in constituencies where the MP defects to a different party
Discuss in parliament enforcing by-elections in constituencies where the MPs defect to another party.
Romford,Newark,Fareham & Waterlooville and any other constituencies that have their MP change party should have to hold By-elections. MPs are voted in largely on their alignment with a party's view not just the individual.
