To stop cars from parking outside primary schools in newham
The parking around schools in newham is getting dangerous especially primary school the main hot-spot is vicarage lane east ham. They double park out the school with a bus route that also going down it so dangerous a child will ended up killed before newham council does anything about it
Make it a non traffic zones during the schools hours like the rest of London
