Fund education on gender-based violence and misogyny in schools

Petition Details

We call on the Government to fund mandatory education on misogyny, gender-based violence, and respectful relationships in schools, from primary through to secondary education.

Additional Information

I am asking Parliament to make education on misogyny and gender-based violence mandatory in all schools from primary to secondary level. Prevention must start early. Without education, harmful stereotypes and abusive behaviour can go unchallenged and become normalised. I believe teaching children about respect, equality, and consent will help reduce violence, protect young people, and build a society where everyone can live free from fear.
