Mandate teaching about discrimination of women in Afghanistan in curriculum

Petition Details

I want the Government to make it compulsory for schools to teach the issues Afghan women are facing and the pressure the Afghan government is enforcing on them.

Additional Information

We believe it is important that young pupils are taught about the issues faced by Afghan women as they are the new future and can spread awareness even further; possibly growing a large interest in the topic. Awareness means that change can be made and that is exactly what Afghan women need. Awareness needs to be made for Afghan women who are unable to leave the house without a man, bans on education and full-body burqas.
