Raise the threshold for postgraduate loan repayments in line with inflation

Petition Details

Raise the threshold at which postgraduate loans are paid back for the first time since they were established. They are still at £21,000, a level below the minimum wage for a full time worker, and have never been upgraded to reflect inflation.
