That all water companies should be put back into public ownership.
As there is no competition within the domestic water industry the government should bring all water companies back into public ownership.
The water companies, some more than others, have failed to maintain infrastructure but in the meantime have paid dividends that bear no relationship to the true profitability of the business's. Competion that was the incentive to privatise doesn't exist and so the state has created water monopolies who have taken advance of the situation to the complete disadvantage of the citizens of the United Kingdom. The cost of this mismanagement is now being borne by the bill payers and no doubt an element
