CBT's available for 15 year olds.

Additional Information

Make Compulsory Basic Training for 50cc moped scooters available for 15 year olds around the UK.

We believe this will minimize the future chances of road accidents as they must be taught young. The bike will have the same physical properties as current 16 year olds can ride, only available for 15 year olds.
