Change the age in which a car becomes a classic and therefore VED and MOT exempt

Petition Details

I would like the government to bring down the age at which a car becomes a classic, from 40 years to 30.
Making younger cars also VED and MOT exempt.

Additional Information

40 years is far too long. Through purchase and 30 years of running, the country has had far more than the value of the car in tax.
