HELP Olivia Blake get the care she needs
Olivia Blake is in severe pain in Luton & Dunstable hospital, with rare complex conditions. Months in and out, and now for the last 9 weeks on 25.03.15.
Olivia is 14 on 28.03.15.
She is suffering agony for minutes to hours every day, except 4 days of these 9 weeks.
She is learning disabled also, and scared and sad and wants to come home.
Medication (some) for pain needs hospital monitoring.
Olivia is on a general ward, not Pediatric based and not a specialist hospital.
Olivia needs timely, proper assessment and management.
The specialist hospital ( Great Ormond Street ) has "no bed" in the Mildred Creak Unit, and they refused admission 23.03.15, and may not accept her ever. The chronic pain appointment is in May (GOSH also).
The Gastro (GOSH also) discharged and rejected a re-referral.
PLEASE HELP OLIVIA BLAKE get the care she needs.
