Do not penalise immigrants who have claimed public funds when allowed to do so.
Not to add 5-10 years for those who've claimed public funds legally when allowed by Home Office to do so.
This is turning back on the aid given and punitive to vulnerable groups who could be disabled, due to illness, or destitute. This is against human rights.
