Make insurance cheaper for new drivers
Place some kind of limit on the amount of money that can be charged for new drivers for their insurance and help new drivers buy insurance and be able to drive.
Some of us are very responsible new drivers and because of irresponsible and reckless drivers our insurance quotes just go up by horrendous amounts or no one wants to insure us. Increase the insurance of the reckless drivers, and not responsible ones.
