BRING BACK NATIONAL SERVICE (ESPECIALLY AFTER THE RIOTS)
Bring back National Service for those who were involved in the riot.
There's no need for small-time criminals to be in full-time prison with free meals and X-Box in their cells.
Give them tags and move them to a special unit for National Service until they've served their time.
Use abandoned farm land that's no longer in use to house them, keep them secluded from the rest of society.
Make them contribute their time to the community instead of letting them sit around and live off the British Tax Payer.
Give them a chance to change their ways or repeat doing National Service until they learn.
"Small-time" crimes:
- Anti-social behaviour
- Thief's
- Fraudsters (Under a certain amount)
- Drug mules
- Drug dealers (Dealers at the bottom of the chain)
- Drinking under-age
- Under-age sex with a minor (14 & 16+ year old)
- Speeding
- Etc.
