Replace honour system with enforceable rules by independent body for MPs/Lords
Replace failed honour system with firm rules for MPs, Lords & staff, making them answerable to law like citizens. Independent body, free from govt influence to draft/oversee. At minimum same as director standards (care, loyalty, transparency) but should be higher. Breaches: removal or prosecution.
The longstanding honour system for MPs, Lords, and staff has proven inadequate, relying on self-regulation that fails to prevent misconduct and erodes public trust. It has completely failed us, allowing unaccountable behaviour. We need firm, enforceable rules to ensure true accountability, restoring faith in democracy and drastically increasing the professionalism required of our representatives. This protects the public interest and upholds higher standards for those in power.

I'm afraid we cannot make out exactly what you are asking for - a separate system for honours for MPs, peers and (?)parliamentary staff that is different from the existing honours system (which should be scrapped or maintained?).
