Petition Action

Require businesses to train staff in assistance dog access

Petition Details

To get retailers, pubs & restaurants to understand the assistance dog access rules. Not make the disabled person embarrassed in public with staff forcing you to leave with everyone watching until they ask questions. This has an impact on disabled people life and can effect their conditions.

Additional Information

Make it a legal requirement to retailers and restaurants to have all staff with basic knowledge of the rights and wrongs with any service dog like Guild Dogs, Disabled Dogs, Hearing Loss Dogs and Assistance Dogs. Also to state that therapy/support dogs are different and do not have the same rules as the Service Dogs.
