Reverse the Government's decision to freeze thresholds on Plan 2 student loans
Changing the conditions of a loan contract mid term is a breach of natural justice. No finance company in the country would be allowed to do it.They are changing the rules to a new contract that none of the students would have signed up to, had these been the original terms.
In any loan agreement both sides have to agree on the terms before signing. Only when they are satisfied do they sign the contract. It is morally wrong to just freeze and agreed threshold agreement at the Government's whim.
