Petition Action

Require re-development of empty properties in an area before building new

Petition Details

There are many empty properties needing re-development these should be incentivised for redevelopment prior to green and grey land within the area being approved for planning and development of new estates.

Additional Information

There seems to be area's becoming derelict ie streets in Liverpool, roughly 1500 houses in Manchester and the same again in Bolton however within the same areas we are giving planning permission using green spaces, brownbelt, greybelt and greenbelt under the guise of an housing crisis however the destruction of nature is being ignored and the valuable existing properties which could be re-developed are also ignored however they encourage crime, antisocial behaviours and a downturn in these areas
