Petition Details

Remove the time limit that is required to file any lawsuit that is related to medical negligence for long-term damage.

Additional Information

There are many, many people who are finding out that long-term medical health issues may have been caused by medical treatment where the patient was not provided with full informed consent. We believe long term victims must find accountability for negligence, regardless of who is responsible.
