Tories need to explain Welfare cuts
Ian Duncan Smith was on Andrew Marr today 29/3 and refused to explain where the £12bn in welfare cuts will come from. As the Minister responsible in the Government for Welfare he has a moral responsibility to explain how this will be achieved so that voters (some of whom may be directly affected) can make a proper choice come the Election.
