Petition Action

Require legal limits on screen time for children, penalties and health warnings

Petition Details

Legally restrict screen time for children. Parents and companies to be held accountable. Warnings of the risks of excessive use of screen time for children and parents on packaging and in schools.

Additional Information

Having worked with children for over 15 years, I have witnessed firsthand the profound effects of excessive screen time on young minds. The constant exposure to screens isn't just an everyday concern—it's contributing to a crisis in childhood development. Dopamine addiction, cerebral cortex damage, digital dementia, impaired attention spans are only some of the potential threats posed by unrestricted screen use. Our children deserve a better safeguarded future.
