Petition Action

Require teaching about hidden disabilities and acceptance for kids in schools

Petition Details

As someone with a hidden disability I believe it is vital for people to be educated on this topic as I have been approached many times and scolded for trying to use a disabled toilet which is my right. I also believe that increasing education will create a much more accessible and accepting society.

Additional Information

Add the topic to curriculum for kids across the country and create more campaigns to educate adults as well! All disabilities deserve acceptance not just visible ones. And you should educate people that people with disabilities are still humans and that it’s a completely normal thing to have. They deserve the respect and help that they need.
