Ban 13 and under from Social Media rather than 16 and under
Rather than preventing people under the age of 16 from any access to social media, the age should be for 13 years and under
Banning people from social media is like bunning kids from a playground, yes there are bad people on social media, but there are also bad people at the playground, but you don't ban the children from the playground because of it.
