How many more deaths? Call on government to publish clear holiday risk warnings.
Stop Avoidable Deaths on Holiday: Compel the UK Government to strengthen travel advisories by clearly reporting Shigella outbreaks, serious health risks and overseas fatalities, and ensure this information is highly visible before British families book or travel abroad.
This petition calls on the UK Government to urgently strengthen travel advice and ensure full transparency on serious health risks abroad. Following the death of Jane Pressley and other fatalities linked to travel, including Shigella outbreaks at the Hotel Riu Palace in Cape Verde, British citizens must have clear, accurate, and up-to-date information before booking or travelling, to prevent further avoidable deaths and protect lives.
