Make the highway speed limit 80 MPH
Make the highway speed limit 80mph as the 70 mph rule was first enforced in 1965 when car didn’t have many safety features as cars nowadays have a lot of safety features and it is more safe to drive at 80 than 70 most of EU highways speed limit is 80 MPH except Germany
80MPH rather than 70MPH will increase gas efficiency and traffic flow and more safety most of Europe is all 80mph except Germany
The 70MPH rule was enforced in 1965 when cars didn’t have many safety features or none the EU has switched to 80 mph a long time ago
