Revoke Family Court Powers to issue Non Molestation Injunction orders.
Revoke Family Court Powers to issue non molestation injunction orders under balance of probability (opinion) in absence of reasonable threat, crime or safeguarding concern.
The Government need to revoke Family Court Powers to issue Non Molestation Injunction orders under balance of probability (opinion) in absence of any evidence of crime (Police Involvement), harm (Local Authority Involvement) where a false allegation of alleged abuse is not subject to any scrutiny under the current system.
The issuing of a non molestation injunction order in absence of the above is in direct breach of Article 8 ECHR on Right to Private and Family Life in regard to the child.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We are not clear whether you would like to change the burden of proof when a court issues a non-molestation order (NMO), or who can apply for one e.g. would the police or local authority need to be involved? We are also not clear how the factors you identify as the basis for allowing an NMO substantially differ from the existing grounds that NMOs can be granted upon i.e. how they are different from "molestation".
You could start a new petition explaining more specifically what you would like the Government or Parliament to do and how that would be different to the existing law.
