Petition Action

Hold a referendum on the Chagos Deal & scrap it if the public votes “no”

Petition Details

If the majority votes “no”, then the UK Government should cancel the deal and instead, work with Mauritius to ensure security in the Indian Ocean without transferring the islands.

Additional Information

We believe native Chagossians should also be included in discussions in regard to being relocated to the islands in a way where military base operations are not impacted. We call for a national vote on the deal.
