Call for a Public Inquiry into Social Care Failures
We are calling for an independent inquiry into systemic social care failures that left children unprotected against physical & Sexual Harm, Missed warnings and inadequate safeguarding.
We demand transparency, accountability, and urgent reform to ensure every child is safe.
We urge the government to launch an independent public inquiry into systemic failures within social care, that have gone on unchallenged for decades, It must investigate missed safeguarding duties, identify why children were left unprotected, ensure accountability across agencies, and deliver urgent reforms so every child receives consistent, effective protection from all types of abuse.
